The patient presented with persistent discomfort in a previously treated tooth. Examination revealed a broken instrument lodged inside the root canal, causing ongoing symptoms. Endodontic retreatment was necessary to address the incomplete removal of infected tissue and the presence of the broken tool. Using specialized techniques and dental microscope, the broken instrument was safely retrieved, and the root canal was thoroughly cleaned, disinfected, and sealed. Following the procedure, the patient experienced relief from discomfort, highlighting the importance of thorough and precise endodontic care in addressing complex cases.
